Digital Products

All digital products (memberships, workout bundles, eBooks, programs, and downloadable content) are non-refundabledue to the instant access provided after purchase.

Membership

You may cancel your membership at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again unless you choose to renew.

1:1 Coaching

Coaching sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments are non-refundable.

Live Classes & Events

Bookings for live classes, workshops, retreats, or special events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

If an event is canceled by Ale Muro Pilates, participants will receive either a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a future event.

Medical Disclaimer

By participating in any workout or coaching program, you confirm that you are physically able to exercise and understand that all movement is performed at your own discretion. Please consult your physician before beginning any new fitness program.
